Our Story

In 1995, Gianni Sartori, Gino Sartori and Herbert Gruber founded the slokker brand with a clear vision: to develop products that are not only reliable, but that also inspire true enthusiasm. What began with a small collection of sunglasses in the ski resorts of Northern Italy quickly evolved into a dynamic success story. Early on, it became clear how high the demands for quality, comfort and performance truly were – whether in sports or everyday leisure.

As early as 1997, the product range was expanded to include ski goggles. Just two years later, together with an experienced manufacturer from Varese, a major innovation followed: the development of a polarized ski goggle that set new standards and firmly positioned slokker in the market.

With the turn of the millennium came the next milestone. Together with experts from Reggio Emilia, the brand’s first helmet was created – a product that quickly became a flagship and played a key role in establishing slokker internationally. Especially in markets such as Austria and later Switzerland, the brand achieved strong growth and strengthened its position.

Since the very beginning, slokker has stood for continuous development and an uncompromising focus on performance. High-quality materials such as durable polycarbonate, innovative technologies like photochromic and polarized lenses, and ongoing optimizations ensure that people can rely on their equipment in every situation – whether during sports, everyday life or outdoor adventures.
